The Quality control department has always played a fundamental role in the organisational structure of FIMAR.
Back in distant 1993, FIMAR became one of the first companies in this sector with a certified quality system. Since then, quality control and customer satisfaction have continued to figure predominantly among the primary goals of FIMAR, and today, with its qualification in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2015 standard, these objectives now involve every aspect of the company.
All FIMAR products are identified by labels, applied both within the products themselves and on the packaging, bearing all the information necessary for complete traceability of the production cycle, even years after manufacture.
All products are also accompanied by a “Declaration of conformity” which certifies that the product has passed all instrumental testing and visual inspection conducted in the factory.
